Article Processing Charge

Publication Fee

In accordance with the publication policy of the esteemed Ministry of Higher Education, which outlines the estimated costs and revenues of the journal, Pamir Scientific-Research Journal has established a set fee structure under different categories to support its financial sustainability. Authors submitting their articles for publication in this journal are required to pay the following fees:

1. Faculty members and students of Badakhshan University: Free of charge
2. Faculty members of national universities and professional members of the education sector: 1,000 AFN per article (5,000–7,000 words)
3. Students of public and private universities in Afghanistan: 500 AFN per article (5,000–7,000 words)
4. Government institutions: 1,500 AFN
5. International organizations and institutions: 2,000 AFN
6. Authors residing outside Afghanistan: 30 USD
7. Other authors: 1,000 AFN per article (5,000–7,000 words)
