Commerce And Its Elements From the Perspective of Islamic Economics

Abstract

Throughout history, trade and its elements have played a vital and fundamental role in the advancement of human life, sustenance, income levels, exports and imports, exchange of goods, and meeting human needs and desires. No country in the world can meet the demands and needs of its citizens without engaging in trade, both at the national and international levels. The primary goal of this research is to explain the role of trade and its elements in the growth and development of the economy, particularly in small and large-scale trade, financing, exploitation, and both domestic and foreign trade.
This article employs an analytical and descriptive methodology, adhering to academic writing standards and scientific integrity. The research was conducted through a case study of Islamic economics books, scholarly articles, analytical economic interpretations, thematic economic exegeses, and reflections on the Qur'an, focusing on verses related to economic principles. Relying on credible scientific interpretations, I gathered all relevant verses and hadiths regarding trade, its elements, and the derived concepts, arranging this article in light of those sources. From this research, I concluded that trade and its elements are the lifeblood, heartbeat, and lifeline of human existence, ensuring the survival of nations, the stability of governments, and the establishment of commercial and political relations between countries.
