Abstract
The issue of face covering is not the creation of any global organization or individual; rather, it is a religious and ethical matter. Therefore, efforts have been made to elucidate the reasons for covering the face and the arguments against it as found within the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). One of the primary objectives of this research is to express the religious stance alongside providing satisfactory responses to a series of individuals who claim that religious veiling is incompatible with the modern era. The methodology employed in this research is analytical and descriptive. The findings indicate that the reasons supporting veiling are both valid and explicit. In contrast, the arguments against face covering or veiling fall into two categories: either they are explicit but incorrect, or they are correct but not explicit. Furthermore, the research reveals that face covering, like other religious rulings, has undergone several stages of evolution.
