Employer Satisfaction of Local Government Offices inBadakhshan Province with the Academic Performance ofBadakhshan University Graduates

 AbstractThe most reliable measure of the academic performance of university graduatesin their respective fields is the evaluation they receive from employers in the labormarket. This study examines the level of satisfaction among employers in localgovernment offices of Badakhshan Province with the academic performance ofgraduates from Badakhshan University. The aim of this research is to identify theweaknesses of graduates from various disciplines of this institution. In terms ofpurpose, the research is applied; in terms of nature, it follows a descriptive casesurvey design; and in terms of data analysis, it employs both quantitative andqualitative methods. The findings indicate that graduates of BadakhshanUniversity have demonstrated strong academic performance in cognitive andaffective domains, but have been significantly weaker in psychomotor skills,facing considerable challenges in performing practical tasks. Consequently, it canbe concluded that theoretical courses have been successfully implemented in fullalignment with cognitive and affective objectives. However, due to limitedresources and insufficient opportunities for the implementation of practicalcourses, as well as the lack of attention from instructors to the use of activeteaching methods, the psychomotor competencies of Badakhshan Universitygraduates have declined in recent years.Keywords: Cognitive ability, Psychomotor ability, Affective ability,Stakeholder, Satisfaction, Employer
