الملخص

This study examines the writers of the Ghurid Empire based on the information recorded in Ṭabaqāt-i Nāṣirī. The principal research problem is to identify the writers of this period and to explain their position and contribution to the cultural and literary life of the Ghurid era. The significance of this topic lies in the fact that identifying these authors and their works contributes to a clearer understanding of an important aspect of the cultural and literary history of the Ghurid period. The study employs a descriptive-analytical research method based on library research, with its data primarily collected and analyzed from Ṭabaqāt-i Nāṣirī. The findings reveal that during the Ghurid period, numerous writers, historians, secretaries, and scribes were actively engaged in scholarly, literary, and administrative fields, playing a significant role in the development of written culture and the continuity of intellectual and literary traditions. The analysis further demonstrates that the patronage extended by the Ghurid rulers to scholars and men of letters created favorable conditions for the flourishing of authorship and the production of valuable literary works. The study concludes that the writers of the Ghurid era were among the principal contributors to the cultural prosperity of this period, and that Ṭabaqāt-i Nāṣirī remains one of the most important primary sources for understanding their status and activities.
